How do I set up an account?
There are a few different ways someone can set up an account. Our Customer Service department would be happy to help (1.866.934.1701). Send us an email at moc.renllekjm@ofni asking for a credit application, or print out a credit application from our Become A Customer page. Once your application has been reviewed a salesperson will be in contact.
Can I order without an account?
Our customer service department is set up for Cash and Carry for anyone without an account. We do recommend setting up an account if you plan on ordering frequently.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept cash or check and will accept credit cards with a 3% service fee. We also have an ACH option if you have an account with us.
How do I establish terms?
Every customer application is reviewed on an individual basis, terms are provided to those who are in good standing and warrant it.
What are your customer will call hours?
Monday-Friday: 8 am to 4 pm
Saturday: 8am to noon
Do you have a storefront or showroom?
No, but we do have selected items in our will call lobby that are available.
