Solsa American Burrito Company opened a new location in Mt. Zion. They needed some new equipment and Paco knew just where to go.
First things first, he needed some Tilt Skillets. We sourced two different sizes of Vulcans and installed them when they arrived.
Paco also had an idea of what he wanted his line to look like. He shared his ideas with our Kitchen Design Expert, Greg Foti.
Greg helped him materialize the perfect, functional, custom-serve line.
While we're at it, Tom Rader and Crew helped with their dish station needs.
